Santa Teresa is located on the southern tip of Nicoya peninsula,
close to the natural reserve of Cabo Blanco, in a quiet jungle area that is mostly still untouched. The forest reaches uninterrupted the sandy beach where you will find the ideal condition to learn surfing. Here is very common to see many animal like squirrels, iguanas, monkeys, pelicans, colourful land crabs, light bugs, butterflies, geckos, and many different kinds of birds...
You can reach us by Bus from San Jose (about 6 hours - 15 $), Van
(circa about 5 hours- 35 $) or fly directly into Tambor
and then catch a taxi.
